Jimmy & Kimmi's Dream Wedding

    MyFOXChattanooga - FOX61, The CW Chattanooga, and MyNetworkTV Chattanooga are putting together a dream wedding for one lucky couple. This is going to be huge. We'll follow the lucky couple as they plan out their Dream Wedding with our partners. And everything will happen in front of the Tennessee Valley, and here on MyFOXChattanooga.

    Be sure to read the rules below to see all conditions and restrictions.

    2009 FOX61/The CW Chattanooga/MyNetworkTV Chattanooga I DO

    Official Contest Rules
    These rules are subject to change at any time and without notice to you, the contestant.

     

    1. How to enter: During the call to entry period, December 05, 2009 through January 15th, 2010, qualified couples living in the DMA of New Age Media of Tennessee, LLC.., and MPS Media must complete the on line submission form in it’s entirety. Only one entry per couple and no third party entries are allowed. The entry submission form can be found on www.myfoxchattanooga.com. Entries are via electronic form.

     

    2. Selection of Winners: One (1) winning couple will receive the grand prize of a wedding package to take place in April 2010. Both the future bride and groom must fill out all necessary documentation for receipt of all prizes and all broadcast release forms. Both the future bride and groom must be 18 years of age or older. Winning couple will be chosen by a panel of employees of New Age Media of Tennessee LLC., and MPS Media. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    Prizes: One (1) couple will receive the following goods and services as outlined:
    • One thousand dollar ($1,000) gift certificate to Goss Jewelers
    • Two thousand dollar ($2,000) gift certificate for a rehearsal dinner at North Shore Grille in Chattanooga, TN. 50 guest maximum. Rehearsal dinner will take place either Thursday April 15th, 2010 or Thursday April 22, 2010.
    • One thousand five hundred dollar ($1,500) gift certificate for Mountain Oaks Wedding Chapel 150 guest maximum. Wedding ceremony will take place either Friday April 16, 2010 or Friday April 23, 2010.
    • Two thousand dollar ($2,000) gift certificate for Great American Music for music & lights for ceremony and reception
    • Two thousand dollar ($2,000) gift certificate to Chattanooga Cupcakes
    • Reception at the Sheraton Read House (value to be determined)
    • Two thousand dollar ($2,000) in goods and services from Dotson Studio for pictures of ceremony and reception.
    • One thousand dollar ($1,000) gift certificate to Epiphany Salon and Day Spa for hair and make-up on the day of the wedding.


    All other costs associated with accepting, redeeming, and using the above prize are the responsibility of the winning couple. The winning couple is responsible for any applicable local and state taxes on the above prizes. Should the winning couple terminate the future wedding all expenses for the wedding costs provided by the above named sponsors become the responsibility of the couple. Prizes and services may not be transferred or redeemed for cash including any unused portion of the prize. All prizing is subject to change by the provider of the prize without prior approval by the couple.


    3. Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the United States. Both the future bride and groom must be 18 years old or over. To be eligible, a valid entry must be submitted during the contest period. A valid entry must include all information required to be provided on the entry form. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of FOX61 WDSI TV, The CW Chattanooga, MyNetwork TV Chattanooga and their respective affiliates, their respective immediate family members, and personnel of other TV stations whose broadcast signals are received in the Chattanooga, Tennessee designated market area, employees of sponsors in the show, and FOX Network are not eligible to enter or win. Persons winning a contest prize of any kind from New Age Media of Tennessee, LLC. or MPS Media with in six months prior to this contest are not eligible. New Age Media of Tennessee, LLC. includes FOX61, My Network TV Chattanooga, and MPS Media includes The CW Chattanooga. You must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years old, who is eligible to work in the United States. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of FOX Broadcasting Company, The CW Network, MyNetwork TV production personnel for the television program, participating television stations, advertising agencies, corporate sponsors or any person or entity connected

    with the production, , or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or representatives are not eligible.


    4. General Conditions: Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of FOX61 WDSI TV, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this contest. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes will be awarded and winner will be notified at the end of the contest. The inability to notify or contact a winner, the no responsiveness of a winner, or the winner’s failure to accept the prize ay result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, assuming FOX61 WDSI TV has, in its sole discretion, sufficient time to select an alternate winner. Winners will be required to pick up prizes at FOX61 WDSI or on location. By entering, each entrant concedes to and grants to FOX61 WDSI TV the right to use, publish or broadcast, without additional compensation, the entrant’s voice, name and likeness online, in print, via broadcast and in any other media in connection with the contest. FOX61 WDSI TV makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape, audiotape, or likeness of a winner will be broadcast or other wise used in any manner. By entering, participants, on their own behalf and on behalf of their family members, dependents, friends, relatives, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and hold harmless FOX61 WDSI TV, its affiliates, directors, officers, stockholders, FOX Network, sponsors of the show, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won. Any damage to any of the prize, venues, or goods for this prize is the responsibility of the couple and not New Age Media of Tennessee, LLC. or MPS Media.

    Disqualifications: We reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in our sole and absolute discretion, any individual from any portion of this contest for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these rules, or tampering with the entry process. We also reserve the right to change the rules and procedures at any time.

    5. Winners List: For the name of the winner of the 2009 I DO Contest , send a self addressed envelope to WDSI TV FOX61, 1101 E. Main Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408.
