Aretha, Liza Follow in Betty's Snickers Steps

(MYFOX NATIONAL) – Gearing up just in time for the sweetest day of the year, Valentine's Day, the Snickers Candy Bar ad campaign has brought two more divas into the mix.

According to The Detroit News , the sequel to "Golden Girls" actress Betty White's Super Bowl commercial with Abe Vigoda -- where she is seen playing football poorly until she gobbles a Snickers bar and reverts back to being a young man at the top of his game -- is set to launch on TV next week.

This time soulstress Aretha Franklin and Broadway star Liza Minnelli get on board the chocolate bar train.

The confection brand doesn't seem afraid to use female celebrities that are in their golden years to front their new promotion, with the series tag line: "You're Not You When You're Hungry."

According to AdWeek.com , the Queen of Soul and Judy Garland's daughter appear in a road trip TV spot about four guys in a car.

When the ad launches, Franklin is in the back seat complaining about the air conditioning and smacks a male friend upside the head.

A backseat pal then says: "Every time you get hungry, you turn into a diva".

When Franklin eats the Snickers bar he hands her she transforms back into one of the guys.

Then an annoyed Minnelli pops up in the front passenger seat and says: "Will you get your knees out of the back of my seat?"

According to Broadway World , the "Divas" video was shot in Franklin's Detroit hometown in January.
