Students will see fresh faces in local classrooms thanks to the newest graduating class from TEACH HERE. The urban teacher residency program sent its first class on its way Monday night. The program recruits college grads and transitioning professionals to teach math and science. During the program, residents earn a masters degree from UT for free. TEACH HERE started their second session Monday. The new teachers-in-the-making are excited about the opportunity.
