 Official Contest Rules

1. How to Vote:  To vote web viewers must cast an electronic ballot for any business within the Chattanooga DMA in the appropriate category.  Each viewer may vote for more than one category but may not vote more than once for a sub category.  A category is a broad business service, sub categories are specific business services listed.  For example Transportation is a Category, Best Car Rental is a sub category.    FOX61 WDSI TV assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected entries or human errors that may occur.  All entries become the property of FOX61 WDSI TV and will not be returned.

1. Selection of Winners:  One voter will be awarded a flat screen HD television courtesy of FOX61.  In order to be eligible to win the flat screen HD television voters must cast a minimum of five (5) votes.  Each vote must be in a different sub category.  For example you can vote for five different restaurants and qualify for the prize, however you may not vote for the same restaurant in the same sub category five times.  Winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Public Release and any other document that FOX61 WDSI TV may require.  Failure to execute any required documentation shall result in immediate forfeiture of the prize and the prize will transfer to the runner-up.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

1. Prizes:  One winner will be awarded a prize in this contest.  No substitution, transfer, or assignment of any prizes is permitted other than a substitution by FOX61 WDSI TV.  Prizes can not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.  Some restrictions apply. 

1. Eligibility:  This contest is open to legal residents of the United States.  To be eligible, a valid entry must be submitted the day of the contest.  A valid entry must include all information required on the entry form.  This contest is void where prohibited by law.  Employees of FOX61 WDSI TV and its respective affiliates, their respective immediate family members, and personnel of other TV stations whose broadcast signals are received in the Chattanooga Tennessee designated market are not eligible to enter or win.   

You are ineligible if you, or any member of your immediate family and/or anyone living in your household, is an employee, officer, director, agent and/or representative of Fox Broadcasting Company, World Now, New Age Media, MPS Media, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, or personnel of any other media in the Chattanooga DMA, participating television stations, advertising agencies, corporate sponsors or any person or entity connected with the voting, administration, or any of the parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or representatives of any of the foregoing entities. 

General Conditions:  Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of FOX61 WDSI TV, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this contest.  This contest is governed by the laws of the United States.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  All taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.   You must be 18 to enter and vote in this contest.  Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified at the end of the contest.  The inability to notify or contact a winner, the non responsiveness of a winner, or the winner's failure to accept the prize ay result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, assuming FOX61 WDSI TV has, in its sole discretion, sufficient time to select an alternate winner.  Winners will be required to pick up prizes at FOX61 WDSI or on location.  By entering, each entrant concedes to and grants FOX61 WDSI TV the right to use, publish or broadcast, without additional compensation, the entrant's voice, name and likeness online, in print, via broadcast and in any other media in connection with the contest.  FOX61 WDSI TV makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape, audiotape, or likeness of a winner will be broadcast or other wise used in any manner.  By entering, participants, on their own behalf and on behalf of their family members, dependents, friends, relatives, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and hold harmless FOX61 WDSI TV, FOX Broadcasting Company, News America, Inc., World Now, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees of each its affiliates, directors, officers, stockholders, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won. 

ALL FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND TRUTHFULLY.  IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE ANY FORM, GIVE ANY FALSE INFORMATION, OR FAIL TO REVEAL PERTINENT INFORMATION, YOU MAY BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE AUDITION PROCESS.

Disqualifications:  We reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in our sole and absolute discretion, any individual from for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these rules, or tampering with the entry process or the audition process.  We also reserve the right to change the rules and procedures at any time.  .
