A Chattanooga family will have Christmas after all thanks to a Red Cross volunteer. It's nothing new for the organization which typically helps disaster victims, but this story is a little different. The Williams' home suffered damage from an electrical fire, this week. John Hitchens, a volunteer with the Red Cross, responded. He hoped the family didn't lose their Christmas gifts.  Turns out, the family didn't have many gifts to begin with.
