McMinn CO., TENN -

A McMinn County deputy shot and killed a man outside his home, Monday morning. Sheriff Joe Guy says deputies went to the house to serve arrest warrants for Allan Shepherd and his wife, Leah. They were wanted on charges of theft over $60,000 and owning or operating a chop shop. Shepherd's children were in the home at the time.
