A proposal for a new Hamilton County charter school failed for the second time. The Hamilton County school board met Tuesday afternoon to discuss a business and law charter school. Last month, they considered the original proposal and denied it. The applicant made changes and applied again. Only six board members attended the meeting, and those members voted four to two to accept the new proposal. However, it still failed because board rules require five votes to pass.
