The Scenic City will soon be home to a major arts festival. People from different organizations met at the Hunter Museum of Art to announce the kickoff for the HATCH Arts Festival. The HATCH Festival will combine a dozen separate events that usually attract thousands of people just by themselves. Things like the Four Bridges Arts Festival, plays at the Chattanooga Theater and a sculpture conference - just to name a few. HATCH stands for History Art Technology Culture Happenings.
