All week we've been addressing the growing gang problem, in Chattanooga. We've spoken to several different authorities. The Sheriff says we need more force to get gangs under control, but the Police Chief disagrees. He says it's the court system that needs to step up. We took that suggestion to the District Attorney. Bill Cox says it's the laws themselves that allow known gang members to get back on the streets.
