A man who was shot several times while sitting in his car a few weeks ago has passed away. A family friend called FOX61 First at Ten on Sunday night with news of his passing. Evans was shot on January 13th in what was at the time the ninth shooting of the year, and had been listed as in critical condition since that shooting. A suspect has been arrested in Atlanta, GA on attempted murder and aggravated assault charges.
