New developments have come to light concerning a sessions judge in Bradley County who is under federal investigation. Judge Sheridan Randolph's actions were called into question when he held an unusual hearing for the suspect in the burglary of the judge's own office. Now another Bradley Co. judge has cleared that suspect. Now more evidence seems to confirm that Judge Randolph may have violated the code of judicial conduct.
