One landlord has left his property without a trace and now the community he left behind is scrambling to pay his debt. It's happening at Hill Crest Trailer Park, in Rossville. The property is for sale and the Hill Crest Trailer Park landlord has moved away without paying the water utility for his tenants. They now have until Friday to come up with the money or go without water.
