Chattanooga's known as the Scenic City, but it's also gained some fame for something not so pleasant - its smell. The aroma from our sewer system has even garnered national attention in articles like Automobile Magazine's September issue. But city councilors took a step to stop Chattanooga from becoming the Smelly City. The council approved a $3 million plan that will get some of the stink out of downtown Chattanooga.
