The family of Myles Compton has filed a $10 million lawsuit after the shooting death of their son. The shooting death happened at the Driscoll home in March of 2011. The suit claims that home was a well-known place for underage people to drink. In the suit, it says the Driscoll's allowed it at their home to prevent drinking and driving. However, the suit claims Kevin Driscoll and Myles Stout also had access to guns and ammunition. The suit and past criminal testimony show Stout loaded a semi-automatic handgun, pushed it into the chest of Compton and pulled the trigger.
