Another set-back for veterans who were excited about plans for a long-term care home, in Cleveland. The land and millions of local dollars have been committed to build a 120 bed veterans home. Just last month, Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam budgeted several million dollars, too. The last bit of funding needed was from the Veterans Administration in Washington. But for some still unexplained reason they decided to move three projects in Virginia in front of the Cleveland project. So for now, local vets are asking for your help.
