Inside Erlanger Health System, administrators are cutting positions and people are losing their jobs. It's an update to the hospital's recent struggles. Last year, CEO Jim Brexler stepped down. Then, last month administrators cut six executive positions.

Now, they're eliminating 23 to 30 management spots - both clinical and non-clinical. We've also learned the hospital is offering voluntary buyouts at the staff level. Hamilton County's mayor supports the administration's decisions.
