2012 The CW Chattanooga's "Blue Man Clue in Blue" Contest

Official Contest Rules

Contest Execution Dates: July 9, 2012 through July 13, 2012

1. How to enter:  Watch The CW Chattanooga weeknights between 7PM and 8PM during My Name is Earl.  Watch for the "Blue Man Clue in Blue" to appear, then go to myfoxchattanooga.com, enter the correct clue, and you qualify.

1. Selection of Winners:   One (1) winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.  Winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Public Release and any other document that The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV may require.  Failure to execute any documentation shall result in immediate forfeiture of the prize and the selection of the alternate winner.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

1. Prizes:  One (1) winner will receive the following:

Four (4) tickets to Blue Man Group at the Soldiers and Sailor Memorial Auditorium on July 26^th, 2012.

One (1) prize package from The CW Chattanooga.

1. Eligibility:  This contest is open to legal residents of the United States.  To be eligible, a valid entry must be submitted the day of the contest.  A valid entry must include all information required to be provided on the entry form.  This contest is void where prohibited by law.  Employees of New Age Media, LLC., MPS Media, LLC and its respective affiliates, their respective immediate family members, and personnel of other TV and radio stations whose broadcast signals are received in the Chattanooga, Tennessee designated market area are not eligible to enter or win.  You must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years old, who is eligible to work in the United States.  You are ineligible if you have been the recipient of this prize in the past, have received a prize through WFLI, or received any prize from New Age Media, or its other affiliates within six months of this contest.  An addition, employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of The CW Network, production personnel for the television program, participating television stations, advertising agencies, corporate sponsors or any person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the auditions, or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or representatives, employees are not eligible.

1. General Conditions:  Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this contest.  This contest is governed by the laws of the United States.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  All taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.  Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified at the end of the contest.  The inability to notify or contact a winner, the no responsiveness of a winner, or the winner's failure to accept the prize may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, assuming The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV has, in its sole discretion, sufficient time to select an alternate winner.  Winners will be required to pick up prizes at The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV or on location.  By entering, each entrant concedes to and grants to The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV the right to use, publish or broadcast, without additional compensation, the entrant's voice, name and likeness online, in print, via broadcast and in any other media in connection with the contest.  The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape, audiotape, or likeness of a winner will be broadcast or other wise used in any manner.  By entering, participants, on their own behalf and on behalf of their family members, dependents, friends, relatives, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and hold harmless The Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium, Blue Man Productions, BMG Entertainment, The CW Chattanooga WFLI TV, FBC, News Corporation, FOX Broadcasting Company, The CW Network, its affiliates, directors, officers, stockholders, employees, show producers, the studio, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won. 

Disqualifications:  We reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in our sole and absolute discretion, any individual from any of the auditions for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these rules, or tampering with the entry process or the audition process.  We also reserve the right to change the rules and procedures at any time.
